I have been practicing in mental health since 2009 in Tampa, Florida and now in Williamsburg, Virginia. I have worked with many different populations and with many different issues to include: adolescents, adults, families, couples, depression, anxiety, bipolar, life transitions, grief and loss and many more. I specialize in DBT and ACT.
I utilize many different interventions that include traditional talk therapy, but extends to experiential approaches. Most individuals learn and gain insight from hands on experiences in their lives. I believe that this should be an integral part of the process of change.
