Coping Skills Group (7-10 Years)
Thrive Therapy is offering a 4-week educational group for boys and girls aged 7-10 years old to increase emotional regulation skills. Participants will gain skills during the group to utilize at home and school. With a group setting, participants will get support from their peers in a safe, controlled environment. Participants will be able to gain confidence in using feeling expression and coping skills at home and school. Dates: 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, and 7/1.
