I have been a counselor since 2006. Speciality training in Postpartum Disorders (2012), Problem Gambling Certified (2009), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) (2013). EMDR is an innovative technique used nationwide to resolve anxiety and PTSD for people who have experienced life trauma, big or little.
Healing is best achieved by building a safe and comfortable relationship with your counselor while focusing on the mind, body, and spirit connection. Each person will receive an individualized treatment plan to create a holistic healing experience.
