About
Many people have had challenges that often require the assistance of another person. My passion as a mental health therapist is rooted in personal experience. Even with over 10 years of experience in the counseling field, I do not consider myself an expert. My clientele and I will learn together during the counseling process. This setting is the perfect opportunity for a partnership where the client and the counselor can develop new skills, display growth, and make steps toward transformation.
Building a healthy counseling relationship is my first priority. Once a solid foundation has been established, a hierarchy will be determined to ensure areas of focus are handled appropriately. This is not a "one size fits all" relationship. I will make every effort to create an individualized plan for all clientele.
