Women's Trauma Healing Group

This group is for women who have been on a therapeutic journey already and desire support and connection from a circle of women. Prior IFS therapy is beneficial, but not a requirement. Our focus is tending to the parts of you that feel remnants of your experiences as well as helping you develop strength and boundaries to navigate current relationships. The trauma can be past or recent.
