I offer a collaborative approach and encouraging space utilizing techniques from a variety of theoretical frameworks and evidenced-based treatments. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.

I strive to listen empathetically and provide a judgement-free space to explore the things keeping you from living the life you desire.
