I specialize in sitting with people who are looking to heal from intense traumas that has had a deep and lasting impact in their lives. People who sit with me are often looking for relief from emotional suffering, identity crisis, and moral injuries that cause barriers to healthy relationships. I work with people to recognize their internal resilience and reconnect with their strengths while discovering new tools and methods tailored to their specific needs. I use holistic approaches, evidence-based modalities with cultural practices, from a multi-cultural perspective, at your request.

My focus is on trauma recovery, personal sovereignty, and intergenerational healing. This often means identity exploration and confidence building. My approach fosters safety, grounding, and self-growth through modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS and mindfulness, etc

Your strength has always been YOURS. You didn't need the trauma to become strong. Through the trauma, you may have learned tools to use in order to survive but that strength is something you were born with. It's yours!
