The effects of trauma and mood challenges can feel deeply isolating. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and provide individual and group therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches. I draw from CBT, DBT, CPT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor treatment to your needs, goals, and pace.
