Welcome to Three Little Birds Counseling and Wellness Center! Founded by Elena Davis, LCSW, we provide Hope, Healing, and Harmony. We are here to support you through whatever life brings your way - and as of September 2025, we have immediate openings for new clients! Finding a good therapist for support through life's challenges can be the best decision you make for yourself. Gender Diversity Therapy Group for Teens

Processing groups for 1) teens (age 13-16) and 2) young adults (17-20) who identify as Gender Creative (transgender, genderfluid, genderqueer, non-binary, etc) or are questioning their gender identity. Group members have the opportunity to discuss issues related to gender identity and sexual orientation as well as all other general teen/life/mental health issues in a supportive therapeutic environment. This is an ongoing talk therapy group held twice a month and registration in required. Call to schedule an intake appointment for your teen today -- we currently have openings!

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Therapy Group (Online)

Our Trauma Sensitive Yoga Group is a structured, closed 8-week series that is shown to decrease symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. Classes focus on breathing, gentle stretching, mindfulness, personal choice and creation of resources and positive coping skills. Overcome the somatic effects of trauma and develop a more positive relationship with your body in a a safe and comfortable environment. Each class is co-facilitated by an experienced trauma sensitive yoga instructor and a licensed trauma-informed psychotherapist. All abilities, body shapes, and sizes welcome. No experience necessary. Safe and Sound Protocol Therapy Group

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a neurologically-based, evidence-based program that utilizes music and auditory exercises to regulate the nervous system. Individuals can experience a calming effect on the body's stress response, fostering emotional balance and improved social engagement. SSP is helpful for a wide range of issues such as anxiety, trauma, sensory issues, chronic pain, and more. Further information can be found at www.whatisssp.com.
