As a Samoan LMHCA therapist, I believe mental health should be at the forefront of wellness, healing, and growth. I provide a supportive, culturally aware, and nonjudgmental space for teens, adults, couples, first responders, athletes & mothers navigating postpartum challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and real. I understand that seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially when balancing family, cultural expectations, work demands, or personal struggles. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building healthy coping skills, emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience.

My ideal client may be struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship issues, grief, or feeling stuck during a life transition. They may feel overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Often, they want relief, clarity, and healthier relationships, but don’t know where to start. They are seeking therapy to better understand themselves, develop coping skills, and create a more balanced, meaningful life.

You’ve carried enough. Maybe it’s anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, a major life transition, or the weight of family patterns that no longer serve you. I’ve lived enough life to know how much people can carry, often quietly and for a long time. As a first-generation American, I understand the complexities of culture, family expectations, identity, and generational patterns. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’ve been carrying, uncover patterns, and work toward greater clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student committed to creating an affirming and collaborative counseling space where a client can feel understood while also moving toward meaningful change. As a member of the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities, I bring a deep respect for diverse identities and lived experiences. My style is warm but direct and I believe therapy should be a place for honest reflection, thoughtful challenge, and growth. I'll take an active approach to our work together, supporting clients in identifying patterns, develop insight, and turn that insight into meaningful change.
