We offer individual, family, and school-based therapy for all ages. We are located in Greenville, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Clinton/Laurens County, and virtually throughout the State of South Carolina. We also serve individuals and families in select cities within Georgia and Florida. Our therapy services help build a foundation for strong and stable children, adults, and caregivers. Our therapists are trauma-informed. They use an attachment-based framework called Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) designed to help build trust, connection, and resilience and learn skills to regulate thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Thornwell offers a variety of programs including foster care, residential, transitional living, Strengthening Families, among other services.
