My name is Thomas Williams and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working with a diverse population, such as children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a variety of needs; behavioral, emotional, social, relational, and psycho-educational.
My focus as a therapist is to support with building on strengths and strategies to overcome their problems, as well as developing a new narrative or understanding of the agency they have within their circumstances. Through this solution-focused narrative lens, we can incorporate various modalities to support your growth, such as art, music, and movement.
