As a professional Therapist for 20+ yrs. I have practiced in NYC and then the New Fairfield-Danbury area. I have advanced training in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders and bereavement/loss. Another treatment focus has been marital and parent-child relationships.
My professional style is casual, yet goal oriented. My approach is open, collaborative and engaged in gaining insight into the person and understanding the issues.
