Life presents many challenges. I bring my many life's experiences along with professional training to my clinical practice to provide a counseling atmosphere that relates to the concerns of my clients. From my twenty-plus years as a therapist, over 10 years as a college instructor and administrator and years as an employee assistance professional, I strive to bring such experience for the benefit of my clients. I also cherish the value of my personal story as a counselor, adoptive parent, Teamster, coach, small business owner and volunteer as important parts that make me an effective counseling partner.
My treatment approach focuses on the need for trust with the courage to foster positive results from the counseling experience. I employ a number of approaches to assist adults, adolescents, couples and families resolve confusion, emotional unrest and conflict. My goal is a simple one - change with a gentle touch. ,
