I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a doctoral student in Counseling Psychology. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, and attachment-related challenges, creating a safe and empowering space for healing and growth. My approach to therapy is relational and trauma-informed, grounded in psychodynamic principles while integrating techniques from EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices.
I primarily work with adults navigating complex trauma, including survivors of abuse, exploitation, IPV, or attachment wounds. Many of my clients identify as LGBTQ+ or are exploring their gender and sexual identities.
I am most comfortable treating conditions related to trauma, such as PTSD, dissociation, and emotional dysregulation, as well as issues tied to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, and identity development. My focus is on creating a safe, collaborative space for healing and self-discovery.
