I work collaboratively with my clients to help them get the most out of treatment and life. Experienced with several modalities and treatment styles, I offer both short-term (goal-oriented) and in-depth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I also provide supportive psychotherapy for level 1 and 2 ASD to assist in normative emotional processing and provide social modeling to work in conjunction with client's other functional therapies. Over the past 20 years, I have worked in numerous settings as a psychotherapist with adults and children in both inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Reflecting on patterns of behavior in environment, perspective, motivations, and inhibitions, we'll increase insight to utilize in future endeavors. Discovering the underlying causes of symptom formation is the most effective way to institute lasting change. Working together, we'll identify goals, the obstacles present, and how best to navigate forward.
