I (He/Him/His) am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in individual, family, and couples settings. I enthusiastically works with clients from diverse backgrounds and welcome clients from all walks of life. My practical and philosophical approaches are rooted in psychodynamic, family systems, and cognitive behavioral schools of thought. I recognize that every individual is unique, and each client will need a tailored approach for therapy to be successful.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, helping clients in hospital, community mental health, and non-profit settings. I provide a safe space for clients to understand their feelings better, improve their ability to communicate (with themselves and others), and learn the coping skills that will help them reach their goals.
