About
I have worked with children adolescents, individual adults of all ages, and couples & families. I work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, spiritual conflicts, and major mental health problems. I have worked with schools, faith communities, employers, physicians, and other therapists to understand the challenges confronting my clients. We often discover connections between physical, behavioral, emotional, spiritual, relational, and how things have led to where we are now.
I designed the Dual-Degree program at Boston University Schools of Theology and Social Work, and have been working with people for the past four decades on how we grow and heal through good times and miserable experiences. Integrating all the parts of our lives requires wisdom, insight, humility, struggle, celebration, humor and a meaningful approach to Life
I am currently learning Irish dance, am a member of a Spinning & Fiber Arts Guild, enjoy watching and participating in sports, and participate in church & social justice activities. I believe all therapy begins with compassion, as we learn about ourselves and our social environment. I enjoy learning about a broad range of perspectives and ideas.
