I’ve been working with people for 17 years in various therapeutic settings. I approach therapy from an Existential and client centered perspective, tailoring sessions to the individual. I have received training in different approaches so sessions feel helpful to each individual person that sees me. As a mainly existential therapist I give space to allow for flexibility as client needs are explored. Sessions are led by the client while I support them with compassion and openness to rebuild their confidence, resilience, self-esteem, and inner strength to face the world with greater independence.
