Greetings! I'm Tommy Saathoff, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah, and I work throughout the state via telehealth. I work with individuals 18 years or older, individuals as well as couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, addictive behaviors, relationships, and life transitions. I utilize Faith-Based counseling for those who wish to incorporate that aspect, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. I focus on helping you identify and overcome issues that hinder your day-to-day enjoyment of life and/or interfere with progress towards the goals you have set.
Through all of life’s changes, I have learned that, even with the best of plans, things still do not always work out the way we would like. I have experienced many of the same issues as my clients, so I can relate to them on a personal basis. Through my life experiences, I have become free of judgment and value all of the people I work with equally.
I have worked with people from all walks of life, from blue-collar, CEO's, professional athletes and social media content creators. With this, I understand problems and issues arise that are specific and unique to each individual.
