I have worked with various populations, from adolescents, to adult populations. I have been trained in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and EMDR. With years of experience in counseling people with depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse, and trauma.
