Your mind, body, & spirit are important components of a good life. I specialize in building strorelationships, developing a strong, healthy sense of self, & spirituality. Having had a number of experiences with loss and the survival of the soul, which all living beings possess, I also do grief and hope work around the passing of beloved animals and people. Such work eases the anxiety that afflicts so many in our uncertain times. I am fully supportive of various paths to fulfillment, aware of the roles that class, race, and gender play in our lives. Most of all, I want you to find your true self, not a mask imposed on you.

Having studied & experienced a wide range of healing modalities, I employ a holistic approach. My intuition is as important as my rational mind. Because of decades of experience as Univ. Professor and Episcopal Campus Chaplain, as well as formal counseling training, I will employ a number of techniques to help you.
