I became a therapist after many years working for public and private schools. I focused on special education and students with emotional and behavioral issues. I often work with families and individuals who have become stuck or have practiced habits that are negatively impacting their lives. I focus on a cognitive based approach to treat anxiety and depression. If you are stuck and need support with finding a new approach then therapy may be for you.
