My clients are wonderfully unique individuals, couples and families who find that certain areas of their lives are complex - becoming rapidly unmanageable. They see their lives as being out of balance - maybe from a failing relationship, or high levels of stress and anxiety. Possibly, a sense of overall sadness and depression. We all have deeply-held beliefs that produce emotions and resulting reactions. Humans are essentially relational beings and broken relationships can be the primary source of pain, conflict and frustrations in our lives. I am here to help individuals, couples and families.
My counseling style is integrative in approach delivered in a direct and affirming style. We can carefully discover together those things that hold you back from living a meaningful life with the highest attainment of lasting success.
