I begin with a psychodynamic approach, looking at stressors that occurred earlier in life and how you responded to them. We work together and what served you then, but not now. We look at how you see and respond to your world and how you can see and respond to the world differently now (with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). A Christian perspective may be used.
