I provide a warm, non-judgmental space in which to be curious as we explore your thoughts and feelings. We might look at dreams and body language to access parts of yourself that you have lost touch with or are not aware of yet. I see my role as a facilitator for these explorations, reflecting your whole self and discovering your inner truth.
I use theoretical orientations such as Jungian depth psychotherapy, object relations, and somatic approaches to understanding my clients and helping them connect to different unconscious fragments of themselves. However, the real value in therapy is the nurturing and development of a trusting relationship and the corrective experience that it can offer.
