I specialize in mood disorders, particularly depression and anxiety, relationship issues and life transitions. My higher education includes Yale, Harvard, Adler, Texas and Duke. More importantly, I bring a rich and varied life experience to the therapy room. As a seasoned executive in my former life, this is extremely beneficial to therapeutic effectiveness.
An empathetic and caring therapeutic environment is essential to meaningful and successful therapy. Together, we will explore the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behavior as this is highly beneficial in healing.
