I offer relational, psychodynamic therapy for those feeling isolated, depressed, or navigating neurodivergence. With individuals, we explore the deeper roots of disconnection in a safe, attuned space. With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners move from distance or conflict toward deeper emotional connection.
