I'd like to commend you for making the effort to safeguard your greatest assets: Your marriage, your relationships with family and friends, and your own mental health. Given our current societal state of affairs and tremendous declines in other assets, most everyone is feeling stressed-out, emotionally and physically drained, and pushed beyond their limits. I think it is fair to say that a vast majority have found themselves relying on their survival instincts to get through these tough economic times. Unfortunately, our survival instincts only benefit us in the short-term but do not help us in our pursuit to find resolution to life's problems.
As a result our relationships tend to break down, our self-esteem and confidence suffers, and we find ourselves feeling dejected, downhearted, and hopeless. Even in the darkest of situations, clients often reconnect with a sense of hope and determination to resolve the issues that have tarnished their outlook on life.
