I work with men on intimacy, sex/desire, sexual orientation, and problematic sexual behaviors--porn, compulsive behaviors, ... Finding a middle path can be challenging--and profoundly rewarding as you create new ways of relating to yourself and others. I recognize the anxiety, consequences, and suffering when porn, apps, and sexual behaviors are out of sync with who you want to be.
Many patients come to my practice seeking relief from the underlying issues symptomatic of using porn, apps, and compulsive sexual behaviors. I can provide tools to create positive change, relieve suffering, and build relationships. I specialize in Group Therapy designed specifically for men, focusing on men’s issues.
Finding the “right fit” therapist is a daunting task. I know, I’ve done it—and it can be an incredibly anxious and overwhelming experience. I encourage to “interview” as many therapists as possible so that you can feel comfortable knowing you’re working with someone that can really hear you, help you, and empower you to heal.

In shaping and leading men’s groups my focus is on creating a way of working (process) that engages members on an emotional level with each other (interpersonal), in the present moment. This process attracts members who are invested in exploring what promotes and prevents emotional connection and in deepening their understanding of their emotional landscape. In the simplest terms, the work of the group is to put your thoughts and feelings into words—about yourself, the leader, and other members.
