About
I provide individual therapy for adults and older teens. I work with my clients to develop a genuine connection based on trust, honesty, support, and compassion. I recognize and honor people as individuals and meet them where they are, helping them navigate the many struggles they may face in their unique journey through life. Working together, we will address the issues that are affecting you and/or those you care about and develop a plan to overcome them. Throughout this process, my clients gain a stronger and deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
I have experience working with a wide variety of issues including chronic feelings of anxiety and depression, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, and general feelings of existential angst in which one may simply be seeking a greater sense of meaning or purpose in life.
I am now accepting new clients. Email me from this site for a faster contact.
