I work with individuals and families who come from various walks of life, covering a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, and trauma. It is my desire that everyone I encounter grows closer to healing and finding joy.
My specialties include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), assertiveness skills, and CBT. These treatments are known to be effective and life changing. I help my clients heal their wounds by teaching them new skills.
If requested, I can provide spiritual and prayer exercises to Christian and Catholic persons. My research on Internet pornography studies has been published in psychology journals.
