I am a helper. I practice marriage & family therapy, mental health behavioral health counseling & relationship repair as a ministry. I am a systemic pastoral psychotherapist. I create agency & communion by addressing & treating your self-care, your psychological state, your thought distortions, your emotional dysregulation, your maladaptable behaviors, social, and spiritual substance. The therapeutic experiences will promote healing beginnings and sustainable growth connections.
