I strongly believe this is our true human heritage. Our culture, and sometimes friends and family barrage us to fill our inner needs through external sources. This can often leave us feeling empty and deeply lacking. Freedom and a higher level of awareness about ourselves takes guided direction and a commitment to the inner work of discovery. A deep excavation into the self.
My collaboration with you releases anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, or whatever repeatedly binds you to a negative narrative from your past that no longer serves your present. I focus on depression, anxiety, sexual abuse recovery, PTSD and recovery from addiction.
I have been a therapist for 34 years. I was a yoga instructor for 10 years while at the same time conducting therapy in a private practice. Assisting others to find personal freedom is my passion.
