Hi, I’m Thomas. I provide supportive, insight-focused Christian counseling for adolescents and young adults, helping them process emotions, clarify thinking, and build practical coping skills. I help individuals process their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, supportive environment through thoughtful, one-on-one approach that helps clients build emotional awareness and develop practical tools for managing daily challenges. I received my master’s in professional counseling from Liberty University and have experience working with people of all ages who are having a difficult time and need trusted help.

I have worked with adolescents and young adults in residential and outpatient settings, helping them explore challenges such as anxiety, self-understanding, and emotional regulation. My approach is supportive and paced to match each client’s readiness for change.
