I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LICSW) with several years of clinical experience creating safe, validating, and non-judgmental space to explore aspects of your story and challenges while also learning evidence-based skills and practices to better manage those symptoms. Therapy is a joint process that we take on together–this process begins with me aligning myself with you and being your ally, through it all. If you're knowledgeable about the therapeutic process and already have goals, great! If you've never been to therapy and are a bit skeptical, we'll start there!
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with chronic illnesses and their caregivers; those experiencing suicidal thoughts or crisis; individuals new to therapy, and those needing support in their relationships. People going through significant life changes or transitions, as well as those with a history of depression and anxiety.
