I practice from a Gestalt perspective. We will focus on the here and now. We won't just talk about your past but focus on the only time that truly matters- right now! I want to empower you to take charge of the healing process. My part is to be your guide and explain exactly what I suspect your brain is doing and how this journey can get you to your goals.
