Sometimes, your thoughts and emotions turn you into someone you can't even recognize. They seem to have no middle ground—you're fine, you're holding it together, and then suddenly, you're not! There’s a sense that no matter what you do, nothing is ever good enough; not for the people around you, and especially not for yourself. You’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, and ready to do what it takes to actually start enjoying your life. What you really need is support and a clear plan for managing the overwhelm and fear. Shaming yourself into being a better version of you isn’t working. Let’s try something different together.
I specialize in supporting adults struggling with BPD, anxiety, overthinking, and intense emotions to learn practical techniques for emotion regulation, communication, and more through methods like DBT, CBT, & ACT. Together we’ll explore what you want out of life, who you genuinely are, and learn to accept what can’t be controlled as you change what can be.
My passion for this work comes from knowing how deeply it can change lives (including mine), and I’m fully committed to helping you experience that shift. Together, we’ll slow down, build your confidence, and strengthen your sense of safety so you can trust yourself. Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to further discuss all that you have to gain.

DBT Skills Group (online)
Sometimes we hold ourselves accountable for things that were never taught, even though doing so is unrealistic, unfair, and invalidating! DBT Skills Group fills in those gaps and shows ways to better navigate hardships, emotions, and relationships. More of a class than a processing group, DBT Skills Group at Three Waves Psychotherapy teaches practical techniques to live more peacefully with ‘what is’ as they coincide with the DBT modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Groups are available to clients across California, and attendees will learn over 80 practical techniques to help build a life worth living!
