I work with Adults, Children aged 3+ and Adolescents. Specializing in treating ADHD, Asperger/Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem, Learning Disabilities, OCD, ODD as well as Family Counseling. I uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as Mindfulness. I use a holistic approach to clients. I hopes to provide a safe and therapeutic relationship during our time together.
I focus on quality care for every client. Everybody’s different and responds to treatment differently. Finding the correct tools is imperative. Understanding what your strategies and tools will be a vital role of your treatment. If you’re not making progress then we look at other avenues. My hope is to make you understand what tools work for you.
I have 15 years of being a Program Director of the Lawrence. Lowell and Boston Psychiatric Emergency Services Teams where I became an expert in Psychiatric Triage and Systems Mobilization. My role was to work with the broader Behavioral Health community and facilitated stabilization of clients
