About
I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping them to navigate challenges that hinder the experience of the beauty and joy of life. I look to build healthy and trustworthy relationships with clients in order to tackle some of life's most difficult issues. In a confidential and safe environment, I address areas of addiction, anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, marital/premarital counseling, etc. I am able to address minor and major problems that are impeding you from experiencing your full potential.
Open Water Counseling uses different techniques and methods such as DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Gottman Method, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to bring about client change. Therapy methods are evidence based and tailored to individual/family needs through biopsychosocial assessment and treatment plans built in collaboration with each patient.
As a counselor and one who has experienced the joys of recovery and emotional health, I can offer empathy, understanding, and a clear direction towards a solution. I am looking forward to working together to forge a path of recovery and mental wellness. Please contact me for details.
