In a confidential and safe environment, I address areas of addiction, anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, marital/premarital counseling, etc. I am able to address minor and major problems that are impeding you from experiencing your full potential.
Open Water Counseling uses different techniques and methods such as DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Gottman Method, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to bring about client change. Therapy methods are evidence based and tailored to individual/family needs through biopsychosocial assessment and treatment plans built in collaboration with each patient.
