I am active in the session & believe psychotherapy is most successful when it is a collaborative process. Together we will work toward eliminating self defeating patterns of behavior & achieving an optimal level of functioning & improved quality of life.

I will tailor my treatment specifically to you. I believe every client is unique and requires a specialized approach.
