Hello and thank you for learning more about how I can help you achieve your wellness goals. I'm Thomas Day, a licensed clinical professional counselor intern in Nevada. I work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health diagnoses including PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, mood disorders, porn and gambling addictions, relationship issues, and more. I have significant experience helping clients with borderline personality disorder, as well as persons recovering from narcissistic abuse.
My treatment style has been described as genuine and empathic. I believe in unconditional positive regard for all while striving to create a non-judgmental space. I utilize interventions drawn from psychodynamic, somatic, cognitive, and behavioral modalities, and we will create a flexible, evidence-based treatment plan that works for your specific needs.
