Psychodynamic psychotherapy addresses these challenges by working directly with the unconscious emotional and relational dynamics that shape behavior, attachment, and intimacy. I work collaboratively, paying close attention to patterns that emerge over time—particularly in relationships, self-image, and emotional regulation.
