Are you grieving a loss, or searching for a deeper sense of meaning and peace? Therapy can help, and I have forty years of rich experience as a psychotherapist. In therapy, we will work together to help you heal old wounds, develop self-compassion, and reconnect with your inner strengths. My integrative approach blends traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness-based approaches, mind-body methods, and a deep understanding of the Enneagram to support genuine, lasting change — not just short-term relief.

With advanced training from The Center for Complicated Grief at Columbia University, I help clients navigate even the most complex forms of loss. For many clients, mindfulness becomes a cornerstone of growth. With 25 years of personal meditation practice and over 35 mindfulness retreats, I help people cultivate awareness, self-compassion and inner peace.

Sometimes traditional therapy isn’t enough to reach deeper layers of healing. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), done collaboratively with a prescribing physician, can help relieve emotional pain, expand perspective, and unlock insight. KAP is particularly helpful with treatment-resistant depression. I work in person and via Telehealth.
