Money and Soul is an interactive group addressing financial problems and issues. Limited to 10 participants so everyone is supported and has an opportunity to share as needed. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group
CBT is an ideal group to be educated about how to deal with anxiety, depression, and stress. We teach you coping skills about how to remedy your difficult situation and then provide therapy/support to allow you to address your particular issue. Meeting once per week for 2 1/2 hours.
