Most of my clients have issues dealing with relationships. It's often a boss, family member or a significant other. Relationships can cause us stress and can result in symptoms such as anxiety and depression. I work closely with my clients to assist them in finding techniques to better communicate with others. Communication is key to solving problems of any type. Insight building as to why clients find themselves in these relationships over and over are the focus in treatment.
I work mostly with adults and specialize with anxiety disorders. Many people live with anxiety symptoms daily and never receive help. Most believe it's part of their personality and are afraid to change. Some people are so symptomatic i.e panic attacks, excessive worrying, I work with these clients successfully.
