I want to create a therapeutic relationship with you that will provide you with an environment that makes you feel safe, understood, and taken care of in order to facilitate your taking the risk to reveal and express yourself so that you can deepen your understanding of yourself.
I believe that therapy needs to be guided by theory which is there to serve you -- it is not that one theory is right; rather, theories offer us different perspectives, (like maps) and I like to use the one that might be helpful to you in dealing with your challenges
