Thomas specializes in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR + Somatic Movement, and Psychedelic Integration.

Women's Sexual Assault Survivors Support Group
Our Women's Sexual Assault Survivors group is an open forum process group which meets every other Wednesday at 3pm PST, virtually. In this group you can expect coverage of many topics; the mind-body connection of trauma, coping skills, self-care and building positive support systems. We will process through discussion, creativity and EMDR. The fee for this group is $60/session
