I assist clients in creating more fulfilling lives through presence, insightful observations, and evidence-based techniques such as EMDR. I communicate in a straightforward way, and combine my years of experience as a therapist with humor and compassion to tailor the therapy to each client. I am formally trained in Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy model.
I bring compassion, honesty, humor, and big-heartedness to the counseling room. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you to develop new habits, healthier coping strategies, and to have more enriching relationships with yourself and others. While my physical practice is based on the beautiful Western Slope of Colorado, I see many clients virtually.
