Here's the deal, I don't have the answers you're looking for, but I believe that you do. Through our work together, I will help you rediscover the inner voice and wisdom you have misplaced. Many of my clients say that working with me feels like a conversation with a friend, but a friend with years of experience, education, and lived experience when it comes to personal growth. I don't practice that type of "talk you up and make you feel good" therapy. If there is something you're avoiding or that you are unwilling to admit to yourself, I will not shy away from telling you what I see. I believe it would be a disservice not to.
I am at my best when working with individuals who are motivated to make changes. It is not my goal to see you forever or to keep you coming back for more. I want to see you make meaningful progress toward your goals so that you can go out and live the life you desire. I have specific training and experience working with alcoholism and relationship issues.
